Whenever the Bushies find themselves embroiled in scandal -- USA purge, Scooter Libby leak, Abu Grahib/Guantanamo Bay torture, etc. -- they always resort to the "we-can't-talk-about-ongoing-investigations" defense. Sadly, it works; the media falls for it--hook, line and sinker--every time. Jon Stewart and Rob Riggle finally call them out on it.
