inhofe-hoax.jpg As Logan mentioned a few weeks ago, Al Gore is seeking, with the help of Harry Reid and Olympia Snowe, to hold his Live Earth concert in the nation's capital. But now Senator James "Global-Warming-Is-A-Hoax" Inhofe is trying to put the brakes on, claiming it's a "partisan political event." He even promised "there's no compromise" to be made.

So global warming is partisan issue, huh? The concert's co-sponsor, Olympia Snowe, is still a Republican, right? And if the opinion of the American people matters at all, 85% believe global warming is happening. Partisan? Hardly.

Might this have more to do with the man behind the concert rather than petty procedural rules and "partisan" accusations? Just a thought...
