This has got to be one of the hedonistic operas ever written. The music (in particular, this portion, O Fortuna) is probably familiar to you from its use in movies and advertising (remember my Spinal Tap post?) but if you're unaware of the book, the sheer sexuality and debauchery of it might be missed. The whole book is available here.

I'm not sure who is performing this particular version, but I highly recommend the recording by the London Symphony conducted by Andre Previn.
