These people are out of their minds. They know this isn't an honest argument, but that doesn't matter to the Brownback clan.
The House of Representatives today rejected the Republican-sponsored bill that would have required notice to women getting abortions that the fetus might feel pain.
From my inbox: Though the vote was 250-162 (there were more yeas than nays) it needed 2/3 to pass (288)...so it FAILED. Women will not need to sign a release saying they are aware that their fetus may feel pain.
