Download Eli did a good job at pointing out what MoveOn has actually accomplished. Of course, this gave Colbert the perfect opportunity to perform his classic spin on everything.
Colbert: I want to thank you for destroying the Democratic Party.
That could be considered true. The normal "inside the Beltway" Democratic Party is being destroyed and a new influence is moving in. That influence is better for the party and America. The "good ole boys" of the DNC need to realize that their futures aren't so secure anymore and if they don't work harder for the voters then they can be replaced.
