Following up from yesterday's post, I received the audio exchange between Limbaugh and a caller named Ray. Rush tries to turn it into a "blame the Democrats" issue, but the caller would have none of it. (Read the article)

Limbaugh: I have some friends there and I'm not hearing this from them. I know it's bad but . . . I'm under the impression that the main problem that the local officials have is that they don't have enough Democrats coming back who fled or who were evacuated and they're worried about the next elections."

Ray: These people in N.O. are not concerned about those kinds of issues anymore-about who's a democrat and who's a republican. We're worried about what's going to happen to our city.
