I'm amazed at what comes out of conservative pundits sometimes. George Will has a great plan to wipe out poverty in America.
1) Graduate from high school.
2) Don't have a child until you're married.
3) Don't get married until you're twenty.

Download That's it. It's so simple. What's wrong with NOLA? Didn't they get the memo? It's Bill O'Reilly 101. His three rules to success in America are so ignorant and simplistic that as scary as what he believes, these beliefs permeate an entire movement. I should say that what he's saying isn't a bad thing, but poverty in America goes way beyond these three points.
