He was asked to resign from the International Arabian Horse Association after a spate of lawsuits over alleged supervision failures after being there for eleven years. His college buddy, Joe Allbaugh got him the job in the administration while he had "no job." WHY Brown was elevated was, in part, to allow Allbaugh to massage the Iraq contracting HB and KBR frauds. We all know the Clemenza rule is in place for many of Bush's important posts that went to Tom Ridge and obviously Michael Brown, instead of men and women with real qualifications. I wonder if all that is required for them to get the job is to sign the George Bush Loyalty oath?
