First off we do already have DAT's: "digital tape recording of sound." That might be one of the stupidest things I've ever read from a Circus Clown.

Perhaps in the future, instead of reporting on actual science, USA Today will simply take a poll and publish one of its cute graphics telling us what the majority of the citizenry believes.
