Jim Vandehi of the Washington Post was on Countdown ( minus Keith ) and says that Novak was warned not to print her name.

The crime is that Novak gets to run around and do his TV thing with that smug smile across his face all the while knowing that what he did was despicable. This guy is a disgrace to the Catholicism that he now flaunts as often as he can.
