Last night Charles Pickering appeared on H&C spewing the usual" the Democrats are bashing all the Bush Supreme court nominees." Since Bush hasn't named the candidate yet, the Democrats haven't mentioned anyone by name. Colmes easily exposed his nonsense.

Pickering: If you have been watching the news lately and I'm sure that you are...they've been bashing the nominee in advance.

Colmes:Who are they bashing?

Pickering: They've set up their war rooms, they're issuing statements...

The only people bashing nominees are of course the extreme religious right and their attacks on Alberto Gonzalez.
