Santorum's argument (after reading the first 39 pages) is that if you're in a relationship and living with that person outside of marriage, you're a threat to society... doesn't make a difference if you're gay, straight, bi, whatever. If you don't have a ton of kids, you're a threat to society because it will be easier for your marriage to unravel, etc."
