On MSNBC Rumsfeld in Russia had this to say:

"The behavior of Sadr and his supporters is unlawful and harmful!"

What an insightful and compelling statement to make to a country that we are trying to win back as an ally in this war against "terrorism." Do you think maybe Mr. Rumsfeld could get the enemy's name right?
