An Occupier in Lansing, Michigan is arrested for wearing a Guy Fawkes mask in this video taken earlier this week. Andre, the occupier, was at a restaurant that told him they had no problem with him wearing the mask or hanging out there.
The Lansing Police don’t seem to care that the spokesperson for the restaurant tells them the man is on private property and they have no problem with him.
At first I wondered how kids get away with Trick-or-Treating every year, but it turns out that Michigan does have an ordinance against wearing a mask, when it’s worn to conceal identity during a crime.
No word yet on the disposition of the case.
